Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by Host-Unlimited.de, Bieber IT GmbH, Braunschweiger Straße 22, 38518 Gifhorn, Deutschland. The server processes IP address, time of access, requested file, browser and system details and, where applicable, the referring page. Hosting service providers may receive these data. The purpose is secure delivery, troubleshooting and attack prevention, based on our legitimate interest in a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email and telephone enquiries
We process the contact details, vehicle information, photos and messages you provide to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual and pre-contractual enquiries; other enquiries are handled under our legitimate interest in responding, Article 6(1)(f). Communications providers may be involved. Contact is voluntary; without necessary details we may be unable to respond meaningfully.
Optional WhatsApp contact
WhatsApp is a link only; this website makes no connection to it before you click. Opening the link shares connection data and any prepared text in the URL with WhatsApp. You still need to send the message in WhatsApp. The European provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Its own privacy policy governs its processing, including possible transfers outside the EEA. Email and telephone are alternatives. We handle the enquiry on the grounds stated above.
Assistant and language choice
Assistant entries stay in browser memory; there is no photo upload or automatic sending. Reloading or closing the page discards the draft. Only your deliberate choice of WhatsApp or email passes the prepared text to that service. Your chosen language is stored as “dsf-language” in localStorage until changed or cleared. Dismissed language and assistant hints are kept in sessionStorage for the session. This supports your requested functions under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and, where personal data are involved, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Browser language is checked locally to suggest a language without redirecting you.
Contact form and delivery protection
Choosing email in the assistant first copies the draft locally into the contact form. Only Send enquiry transmits your name, email, optional phone and message over encrypted connections to our server and mailbox, addressed to kontakt@dellenserviceflo.de. There is no photo upload. The purposes and legal grounds stated for enquiries apply. Opening the form sets the necessary session cookie dsf_contact to prevent forged and duplicate requests (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). Security tokens last up to one hour; the cookie ends with the browser session. Abuse prevention uses keyed IP identifiers and counters in 15-minute windows (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); expired counters are removed on the next delivery attempt. No messages are stored in that ledger. Mailbox messages follow the retention principles above.
Fonts, scripts and tracking
Images, fonts and scripts are served locally. We use no analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps or tracking cookies. The assistant uses no external AI service.
Retention
Data are erased when no longer required for their purpose, subject to statutory retention duties and justified legal defence needs. Technical access data are retained according to security needs and investigation of incidents. Enquiry retention depends on handling the request and any subsequent contractual or statutory duties.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. Use the controller’s contact details to exercise your rights. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.
